UPDATE - 30/03/2020

Emergency Appointments Only.

We have been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation and as of today will provide EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS ONLY.

As with others providing essential health care .... to ease the demands on our hospital services we are able to provide emergency cover ( within current safety guidelines ).

To reduce the risk of exposure to our team we will have a presence in the practice during the mornings to provide this care. This is by prior arrangement only by phoning the practice each morning. We wish everyone well at this time and thank you for your understanding. We will continually monitor our email and FaceBook pages for individual messages.

If you would like to speak to a member of the team please call us on 028 3755 2000.

Thank you for working with us to keep everyone safe.

Know the guidance

Before attending the practice for your next appointment we would be grateful if you would review the most up to date government guidance – just click this link https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

Keep us in the loop

Please remember to call us on 02837552000 or email us on info@snoringsolutionsni.comto let us know if you wish to reschedule any of your booked appointments. We would be happy to schedule an alternative date for you.

At your next appointment

You will appreciate that as a dental practice we work in an environment where the prevention of the spread of a whole range of infections is woven into everything that we do. Nevertheless, we are paying particular attention to the latest government guidance on the transmission of coronavirus.

Please use the hand sanitiser just inside the main doorway on the left on entering and leaving the building.

Please forgive us if we don’t shake hands - but we are however happy to do the elbow bump - just ask! You’ll notice that we’ve removed some non-essential items in the reception area including the magazines. They will return once this is all over!

We are fortunate to have exceptional facilities in the practice and we will establish extended areas for patients to reduce person to person contact.

I do expect that the government guidance on how we provide care will lead to severe restrictions on the treatment we will be providing but there will be arrangements in place to provide emergency care …..we will adapt to this as we are advised.

Thank you for your support in keeping everyone safe.

With best wishes
Paul
